Continuous digital product discovery & delivery

– Develop a strong customer insights and analyse key online behaviors, issues, market competition and trends to develop a consistent product strategy framework (oppotunity assessment, portfolio planning and roadmap) aligned with business strategy
– Lead virtual multi-functional teams consisting of Product Managers, User Experience Managers, Platform Managers, Architects and Development teams – in prioritizing product backlog into micro-releases based on market realities to deliver minimum viable product at the right time.
– Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and support teams in going to market and sustain in a cost effective manner the proposition to customers
