* MVNO 4G service in US promoted through the Out of the Box Experience of a Tablet
* Premium digital content store (Video, Music, Application, eBook) for Smartphones and PC
– Accepted deliverables: positioning, personas, scenarios, use cases, requirements and roll out plan
– Transition from Waterfall to Agile product development with multi-located team and an OEM
– Effective AGILE product owner through backlog scope triage, prioritization and sprint planning
– Support UI/UX design process and go to market (consumer proposition, marketing plan)
– Lead RFP for Credit Card payment solution supporting recurrent subscription
